CAPTAIN K. DAVID DOUGLAS

Safeflight consulting was formed in 2002 under the direction of Captain Gordon Wilson. Gordon brought many years of flying and operational experience, from both military and airline backgrounds. This experience allowed him the clarity of vision to develop many of the well thought-out courses offered by safeflight today.
Gordon has retired as president but remains with Safeflight in the capacity of part-time instructor. Recently retired from Air Canada Captain David Douglas took over as president in March of 2010 and brings thirty-seven years of flying experience to Safeflight. This includes both float and ski equipped aircraft, military flying operations, concluding with a long airline career, flying all over the world.
