Team Building
The Phoenix Team Building course uses skills which are inherent in the aviation industry, such as communication, decision making, and resource management, to facilitate the team building atmosphere. A six axis motion flight simulator gives reality to the flight component of the course. The simulator provides excitement and challenge, not to mention the fun, to the team as they perform takeoff, approaches and landings.

• Introduction to flying • Flight Planning • Introduction to the flight simulator • Flight session program • Two hour flight • Two hour team building session • Accident report discussion • Debrief session • Social hour- Tell tall stories of flight!
